It sounds like you have corrupt kernel files that allow the system to boot properly. if your phone just sits at the boot logo then something is corrupt. You will have to find the phones OS firmware file online, and put the phone into Disk Mode/Advanced Mode, and either find software you can access the firmware through on your computer, or you will need to take the working firmware file you find online, load it onto a micro SD card and then load the firmware onto the phone from there.
To access this mode (Disk Mode) on your phone do this:
1.Power off your phone
2.Press together volume up + home button (little house)+ power button
3.When Samsung logo appears releases your fingers from the buttons.
4. You will then see a list of options you can select, SD card boot, or SD card firmware upgrade or something along those lines.
From there you can load the proper working firmware to your phone from an SD card, or from the vendors software that can access the phone on a root level.
If the above wasn't an issue, then you may just need to charge it fully and the boot, or leave it on your charger then boot up.
firmware issue..try turning off phone..take out battery..put it back then power on..nothing happens? back up files then master reset phone..still having same prob???call 18883221122 ask for replacement phone or battery..will be free if under warranty or you will be offered a discounted replacement phone..im a customer support representative..
The first step would be to pull the battery out, put it back in, and try to power it on. Try unlocking it then. If that doesn't seem to work, you will want to look for what looks like melting glue on the side of the screen. If you see that, try to get a razor blade right underneath the plastic and scrape it out.
The phone somehow was put into programming mode. This is usually accomplished by holding the up arrow while starting the phone. To boot normally all you should have to do is pull out the battery and put it back in. Then just start the phone as normal, careful not to hit any keys on the keyboard while doing so.
i did learn that to reset one of these touch phones all you have to do is take out the batt and press the power button 3 times in a row put the batt back in and turn it on. This is the fix to any freezing you might have.
Your power cord that came with your phone is also a USB cord. This can be plugged directly into your computer. Once plugged in your computer will automatically download the pre-installed software and you can then access your photos from your computer.
take the back off including the battery then just push in with your finger on the little metal plate around the two lens with a good amount of pressure, and put back the battery and turn it on, it will work :)
its operating system is messed up, call someone, anyone and while on the call remove the battery. it will reset the device. it wont erase anything its safe to do ok! leave it off with battery out for 2 minutes after pulling out the battery.
