I'm looking to replace the mig gun on a Power Mig Astro Power 110, but would like to replace it with a Tweco. Any thoughts? Thanks....Bob

Easy enough, Your gas nozzle is compatible with a tweco part number 21-50, this nozzle has the insulator included
You can locate at any local weld supply like MSC Industrial or Praxair.

Hope this helps

I HAVE A POWER MIG 110 DOES NOT FEED WIRE UNLESS YOU HOLD DOWN ON ROLLER.I HAVE CLEANED ROLLER.THIS WELDER CAME WITH 030 WIRE.ALSO WHAT THICKNESS OF METAL CAN THIS WELDER WELD. THANK YOU JIM

Hi:

If your drive rolls need an extra pressure on them, that means you are using an oversize rolls, you did not mention what kind of wire is it (solid or fluxcore) probably your drive rolls are 035.
If youa re using fluxcore wire (no gas needed) the you should buy a knurled type roll that will cure the problem. Your machine is capable to weld up to 3/16" thickness using flux core wire or 10 gauge using solid wire-gas.

If this was useful to you please vote, thanks.

Hello, I would like to purchase 3035 spool gun and attach it to my self made welder. Could somebody to tell me which power supply I have to provide for spool gun motor? DC voltage, amperage ? Can I use...

the spool gun is a 12volt motor, i usely hook it to the power feed for the feed motor in the welder. it is also 12 volt . i have heard of some welders that have 110 volt feed motors but have not seen one yet but just to be save i would test the power feed to the feed motor before i made the connection.

My welder just stopped welding. It's a Telwin 220 Mig. The fan is still running but there is no noise from the welder and the wire is not feeding. I had only used it for around 30 seconds before it...

your feeder may need adjusting or more commonly the tip has tacked itself on the edn cap
keep the line as straight as you can & keep feeder compartment clean!
keep plyers handy for when wire is stuck in the tip
if you need to replace wire spool or a brakage of the wire make sure the wire is free or BURRS b4 you put it in the tube or you will damage the tube!

I have the same welder. Worked well for 15 years until the drive bearing stopped spinning. I cleaned and oiled the bearing and it has been working like a coon on the farm since. Nice 120 volt welder....

Have a 110 volt mig wire feed. motor slows to a

Hi,
To get parts for your welder you'll need to have the serial number off the tag on the case. This problem could have other causes, have you:
Checked the tension on the wire spool? You ought to be able to pull the wire by hand easily.
Checked the tension setting on the pinch rollers? Too much tension can drag down the motor speed.

You could also have a bad control card depending on which model wire feeder this is.

Carl
