www.fixya.com/.../t25810314-cebora_mini_mig_trigger_no_wire_feed 3 hours ago - Question about MIG Welders ... Weld corp mig 100 turn machine on andwire keeps feeding without ... Welder running but wont feed wire etc.
I have the power mig 130 I just ordered a replacement whip and gun assembly for it and when it arrived it has three wire's a small blue one and a brown one then the large main black but my original only has two is it compatible or completely wrong for my welder
Easy enough, Your gas nozzle is compatible with a tweco part number 21-50, this nozzle has the insulator included You can locate at any local weld supply like MSC Industrial or Praxair.
If your drive rolls need an extra pressure on them, that means you are using an oversize rolls, you did not mention what kind of wire is it (solid or fluxcore) probably your drive rolls are 035.
If youa re using fluxcore wire (no gas needed) the you should buy a knurled type roll that will cure the problem. Your machine is capable to weld up to 3/16" thickness using flux core wire or 10 gauge using solid wire-gas.
the spool gun is a 12volt motor, i usely hook it to the power feed for the feed motor in the welder. it is also 12 volt . i have heard of some welders that have 110 volt feed motors but have not seen one yet but just to be save i would test the power feed to the feed motor before i made the connection.
your feeder may need adjusting or more commonly the tip has tacked itself on the edn cap
keep the line as straight as you can & keep feeder compartment clean!
keep plyers handy for when wire is stuck in the tip
if you need to replace wire spool or a brakage of the wire make sure the wire is free or BURRS b4 you put it in the tube or you will damage the tube!
Cheer Rob.
I have the same welder. Worked well for 15 years until the drive bearing stopped spinning. I cleaned and oiled the bearing and it has been working like a coon on the farm since.
Nice 120 volt welder....
Hi, To get parts for your welder you'll need to have the serial number off the tag on the case. This problem could have other causes, have you: Checked the tension on the wire spool? You ought to be able to pull the wire by hand easily. Checked the tension setting on the pinch rollers? Too much tension can drag down the motor speed.
You could also have a bad control card depending on which model wire feeder this is.
