Question about Dell V7 (U1868 ) ( u1868 ) Tape Drive
My sonic was working fine until recently. I have windows XP. I noticed when I closed the program I had 3 consecutive error messages. They all started with "The instruction at 0x0037ae60....for the first and other numbers for the second and third. It said "Memory could not be written" and the other 2 said it can not be read. I try to burn a cd and it says no driver found. Sonic is not recognizing my Cd drive.... if you have any suggestions, please respond, Thanks
Have you recently run any Windows updates?
I would try uninstalling and re-installing the drivers for the cd rom and/or Sonic first. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you could attempt a system restore to a date when the program was working.
