Comdial DX80 Voicemail not working

Has im not 100% confident on phone, it best for you to have a look you may understand it better then me.

u shoud go with a good fax repairer

While caller is still on the line with you, press the Voice Mail button then the ext button you want to transfer it to, then hang up.

Log into your mailbox from your extension and then press number 3 for options follow the prompts to change your greeting, This is assuming you are using a comdial or keyvoice voicemail system since you did not state it

check the battery in the headset

The only way to fix it without your vendor getting envolved is to try to reboot your voicemail server/phone switch(depending on the model of your system it can be inside of your switch or separate computer).
Your voicemail is down right now

It turns off the same way you set it :-)

Go to the idle phone and press #4. It's a toggle so if you do it again it will reset DND. There's also a FEATURE 4 command for one-time DND.

Hello,

Your phone model number is no help with this problem. You could have this phone on one of several different Comdial phone systems using one of several different voice mail systems. You will need to determine which voice mail you have and locate instructions for that specific unit.
