Kemore Refrigerator not working properly

The freezer is too cold. The refrigerator only cools to 59 degreees.
I have the same problem

Refrigerator not cooling properly, but freezer is okay. No returns are blocked. Occasional ice and/or water dripping from top vent from freezer (inside refrigerator). Kitchenaid model KSRA251.
