I have had my Secure Logic biometric wall safe for 4 years and my battery does not charge. Where can I get replacement batteries? And how do I install them?

The instructions for the device contain information about how to open the battery container and how to replace them, located here

Look on page 16, "Maintenance Instructions"

It appears, from this document, that it only needs a regular A size 12V battery.
