Question about Kenmore Refrigerators
The most likely reason is the defrost water catchment tray under the refrigerator, which evaporates with the help of the refrigerant line from the compressor, has become dislodged so the pipe is not sitting in the water.
If the fridge is working its not going to be oil as the only oil available is sealed in the pipe work with the refrigerant.
