Don't know if the oven part of range is gas or electric

Hi. We were given a slide-in range... Jenn-Air, dual convection, large knob controls for gas cooktop, stainless, digital oven controls, downdraft... I'd provide a model number if I knew where to find it! Anyway, how can I tell if the oven portion is gas or electric... without the use of the plug?

-   I need to replace a wall oven in a house I inherited. (I am female) and I have no idea if it is gas or electric. Is there an easy way to find out? -   jawolfe

The model number can usually be found just inside the door or drawer (on the range itself).

All the Jenn-Air convection ovens I'm familiar with are electric even if the cook top is gas.

open the door on the left side low down you will find the model and serial number .
Visit the jenn-air website @ www.jennair.com or click
https://www.jennair.com/customer_care/contact_us.jsp

to email them and they can tell from the serial number and mail you back...
