have a sony 5 dvd changer. not sure of model. disk fell off carosel. cannot get it out. any thoughts?

Unplug unit and take shell cover off. While you have it apart it would be a good idea to clean the laser lens with alcohol and wipe with clean cloth to ensure that your movies play without stalling or skipping.
