You may have dirty stopped up drain pan or drain. Take a dryvac and **** the drain from outside. This will clear all the drain. Is it cooling ok? Is the unit in an attic? The drain is not hard to clean. Check your coil(evap) inside to see if this is clean. Rus

The pan may have been installed incorrectly but it also is possible that debris may be clogging the outlet periodically.

Heating elements not energizing on Goodman AFUE 60 air handler

FIRST i would use a multi meter and check elements for power. one or more may not be working. SECOND iwould check sequenser . also look for burnt wires at element and throughout. probably sequensor they are usually under 20 dollars. the wires on very bottom of sequensor should have 24 volts when heat is on.

Air Handler is leaking water, drain lines are clear. does not leak when unit is on and the back is off the air handler

Most air handlers pull air through the evaporator coil which produces the water and then the blower sucks some of the water off the surface preventing the water from going to the drain pan. A drain trap at the drain pan should be also installed. All manufactures used to ship drip shield panel to install in drain for down flow applications, some do not now unless noted on order that the system is to be in the down flow configuration.

Our fujitsu reverse cycle AC is leaking water at bottom left hand side of the internally mounted blower unit

Your drain for the inside unit is stopped up and the water condensate that drips off of the coils when the AC is running has no where to go, so it drips off of the collection channel and over flows to the bottom of the air handler, gravity dictates the place where it leaks. You are going to have to unstop the drain.
