Question about HP Photosmart C5280 InkJet Printer
Try reloading the drivers that came with the printer Or better yet, download the latest drivers from the manufacturers website.
If this doesn't help maybe it's another problem not related to the ink. Sometimes paper dust will block the sensors & the printer will need a good blow out with an air compressor. IF there's no air compressor available, I usually just take the cover off so I can get to everything a little easier 7 clean it the best I can with alcohol & paper towels. Could also be something wrong on the circuit board which can only mean time for a new printer. Good luck.
