Hladnc, Go to Service mode, state confirmation, memory/HDD adjust, HDD Version upgraded. Firmware on the control board/image control board not matching data on the Hard drive. per the service manual, if not that bad control/image control board

Code is assigned to MFB (Multi-Function board). To reset power off wait 10 seconds power on. If code returns then MFB board is bad. Might try updating firmware. Have tech do that as Konica Minolta Firmware is located on a secure website. They have to protect there OS's software.

Hi one thing you could try is to update the firmware to the most up to date level also check there is some times special firmware to fix issues similar to this if not you will need to change the print head
i can help you with this. You need the firmware software of Sony NW-E002. Then the SonicStage software and its security update as well. I have this files if you need it.
