My Bernini 830 would not recognize the embroidery attachment. I re-attached many times, but it doesn't work.

I assume you mean a Bernina 830. If you have removed the slide-on table, I have two possible solutions. I've seen this with a couple of Viking embroidery attachment units. (I am also assuming it's not a hoop issue.)

You could have corrosion on the pins that send the signals between the embroidery attachment and the sewing machine. Remove the embroidery attachment and turn off the sewing machine. Unplug the sewing machine. Spray the pins with an electronic contact cleaner; one example is here: http://www.homedepot.com/p/CRC-QD-11-oz-Contact-Cleaner-02130-6/202262505 . Push the embroidery attachment into the sewing machine by lifting up the far side and then sliding it into the port. Remove the embroidery attachment. Repeat this a few times. (The friction of the insertion and removal will remove any dirt or corrosion.) Plug in the sewing machine and turn it on. Try connecting the embroidery attachment. If it works, remember to clean the contacts the next time the embroidery attachment isn't recognized.

Once I helped someone with two sewing/embroidery machines with an unrecognized embroidery attachment. In that case, the person swapped which embroidery unit went with which machine. The contacts were not the same and didn't mate. Once the correct machine and embroidery unit were paired, the embroidery unit was recognized instantly.

I hope this helps. If it doesn't, you may need to talk to your Bernina repair technician at your local shop.

E10 this is the code my machine is giving

There is very little posted about error E10, except this. It indicates the machine is broken.

My Singer XL400 gives me error 10 saying the hoop size is wrong no matter...

FWIW, there are a lot of complaints about this particular model. Hopefully, it is still under warranty...

My Husqvarna designer SE embroidery unit keeps giving an error message "install hoop correctly". I've checked everything but can't get around the message. can anybody help ,?

You have probably got the machine set to use a different size hoop. Click on the hoop icon and change it to the size you are using. Hope this helps you.

Where can I order a quilter attachment, seam guide attachment, embroidery attachment, for my necchi heavy duty 3205FA sewing machine?

Hi malonicus121,

Welcome to fixya!

You can order the quilter and seam guide attachments at: http://www.allynint.com/access.htm

Here is their homepage with phone numbers: http://www.allynint.com/

Since they are Necchi importers, I would guess that they could order the embroidery unit for you. Couldn't find an embroidery attachment available for this machine except on ebay. You might want to watch ebay for this.

Also, here is the website for the "SewVac Doctor": http://sewvacdoctor.com/
Not only does he give lots of answers, he does repairs. He probably would know where you could get an embroidery attachment should you have trouble finding one.

Hope this helps. If it does, I'd appreciate your vote. Thanks,

Singer Futura CE 150, Problem 19 says check thread and bobbin, this I have done and all looks okay and is threaded correctly, but this fault keeps coming up when doing embroidery

I had this same problem for a while. How I fixed it is: take hold of the thread (between the spool & where it goes under the plastic covering) & give it a gentle but firm pull towards you. That will pull the thread into the sensors. I get this #19 error even when sewing & this fixes it everytime.

My cod 6 wont read right i lived with till 12 something something and i sent it to anfiantyward and they didnt even send me my broken game back so i baught another on and it worked a little better but...

Cod 6 has been having alot of problems since its release but only with the xbox 360 console I honestly have no clue why it has problems but the best way (and this is how I got it to play without problems) is to download it to your hard drive, if it gives an error then take it to gamestop or playntrade, get it fixed, and try installing it again...

After its installed it won't need to spin the disc anymore therefor you cannot have problems unless something happens to your whole hard drive.
Sadly this takes up 7gb of space...

Errors

Wow, I finally get to have a solution.
1. Turn the machine off.
2. Remove the hoop.
3. CAREFULLY slide the bar on the embroidery unit to the left.
4. CAREFULLY slide the piece where the hoop attaches toward you.
5. Turn on the sewing machine. The machine should take the unit to "standby" with a click.
6. Attach the hoop with the power on.
7. Exit the Futura software.
8. Restart the software.
This "should" fix the problem, however, you may have to repeat this process more than once to get it to "stick".

My machine is giving me an error 88 and keeps flashing fast when I turn it on.

I had that problem when the machine was not threaded correctly. I now floss the thread back and forth through the tension area everty time I thread the machine, to make sure the thread is in the right place.
