my labels got stuck lost in the printer it shows an error report can i fix it or do i need to take it in to get repaired?? code 16 h is showing

this code means, youre label get stuck in TBU and the TBU is not rotating anymore, take out tbu and try to find these labels and remove them with alcohol, do not scratch the belt.
