I haven't registered the product yet. It seems to be poor for the money paid. I'm hoping to get some answers on how to work it successfully.

Once they see you are trying to get your money back ,,, they MIGHT activate you asap... OR - never activate you!!

I think in the past you could earn money on Fixya. Today this is not the case. The site is a free service to get help with your product problems and help others solve their problems.

A: You cannot Register this product on our Web Site (turttlebeach.com). If you go there under
the Registration menu, it will tell you how to Register:

1) In your program, go to Help > Register...
2) Click the button for "I have a paid for Product ID..."
3) Enter your Product ID No. in the spaces provided paying attention to typos.

4) Click [Next>]
5) Fill out the user info (optional)
6) Click [Next>]
7) Click in "Activate my software automatically via the Internet (Fastest)."

You should see the computer work for a few moments and then the window should
report that registration was successful.

No, I did not register my product on-line and as for your answer to my request, I will not pay any money for on line support, registering my product should be an easy thing to do, as I see it, you want us to pay for something that shoul be easy accessable! Thanks for nothing.
