I do can start up the laptop only if the battery(completely discharged) installed and Power connected. If I remove the battery and connect the AC adapter I can not start up. It doesn't help. I can start only from the battery. When I try start from the Power Adapter power led is glow but nothing happens after pressing the start button. Get to the mainboard there is a jumper near the cmos battery usually shows the word (jbat) near it , try to change its position for some seconds while power is off , this way will clear cmos and set the mainboard bios to default settings. start the system hit delete or F2 to enter setup then exit saving changes.

A steady or Amber blinking power button indicates a low voltage problem. This can be caused by a defective power supply or a defective motherboard. Just to make sure that nothing else is causing the problem, remove any PCI cards like modem, video card, sound card, etc... Remove the memory modules and disconnect cables to CD/DVD drives. Look at the USB ports to see if any are damaged.
Hard restart your machine by pressing and holding the power button until all the indicator led's are off, remove the battery and press and hold the power button again. Reinsert the battery, press the power button and immediately start pressing F2 repeatedly until the bios menu comes up.
OK so you have to perform hard reset.
You do this by pressing and holding the power and calender button, then pressing and releasing
the reset button. You continue to hold the power and calender buttons
for a few seconds. When you release the power and calender buttons the
unit should beep and then reset.

buttons. When they are disabled, pressing them has no effect other than
to display on-screen warning messages.
