Sorry to tell you . I have told many customers this for many years once
your PUK code is blocked you must purchase a new SIM card from your service provider.

3times. After entering the wrong PIN 3 times, the card will be locked
andyou will need to get a PUK code from your service provider to unlock it.

Sorry to inform you but it sound like your SIM is now locked .. Here is some info to help.

You can receive your phone's PUKcode from AT&T, either by logging into your account at myWireless Account, visiting our Technical Support Chat, or by calling CustomerCare at 1-800-331-0500.
Once your PUK has been received, it will need to be entered into yourphone to set a new PIN code.
If the wrong PUK code is entered ten times in a row, the SIM card becomesinvalid and you will need to purchase a newSIM Card. The phone will display "PUK blocked call operator".
