Can you explain what 10 second video clips at 30 frames per second mean?

It means that the video will last 10 seconds. 30 frames/sec is the quality of the video. It is the number of individual pictures take per second. Example: 10 frames/sec produces a jerky video but is sometimes used for security monitoring. On some cameras you can reduce the frames/sec to get a longer running time.

Meaning of black box In left corner of samsung sl605

Page 17 of the manual says the black box in the left top corner is the recording mode icon. In this icon you can see what menu you have chosen in the recording mode. In the left bottom of the display is the icon for the drive mode. It tell you if you are taking single pictures continues mode or are taking 5 frames per second (max 30 frames) or taking 3 pictures and compining the three.

I have Magix movie edit pro 17 and by the time i am done editing a video the sound is out of sync by 2-3 seconds. When I click on edit frame table (as lots of boards suggest), the sound is in sync for...

This is actually a problem in the software. It rounds up the 29.97 frames per second to 30, but doesn't adjust the audio to match. It has been a problem since version 11, and MAGIX has made no effort to fix it.

The workaround is to create a Frame Table (right click the video track and click the Create Frame Table option on the menu.) It will take quite a while to create the table but some people have had good success with this.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1080I AND 1080P AND WHICH ONE IS BETTER?

1080i vs 1080p - Similarities and Differences Between 1080i and 1080p
How 1080i and 1080p Are Both The Same and Different
1080i and 1080p are both High Definition display formats for HDTVs. 1080i and 1080p signals actually contain the same information. Both 1080i and 1080p represent a 1920x1080 pixel resolution (1,920 pixels across the screen by 1,080 pixels down the screen). The difference between 1080i and 1080p is in the way the signal is sent from a source component or displayed on an HDTV screen. In 1080i each frame of video is sent or displayed in alternative fields. The fields in 1080i are composed of 540 rows of pixels or lines of pixels running from the top to the bottom of the screen, with the odd fields displayed first and the even fields displayed second. Together, both fields create a full frame, made up of all 1,080 pixel rows or lines, every 30th of a second.
In 1080p, each frame of video is sent or displayed progressively. This means that both the odd and even fields (all 1,080 pixel rows or pixel lines) that make up the full frame are displayed together. This results in a smoother looking image, with less motion artifacts and jagged edges.
Differences Within 1080p 1080p can also be displayed (Depending on the video processing used) as a 1080p/60 (Most common), 1080p/30, or in 1080p/24 formats. 1080p/60 is essentially the same frame repeated twice every 30th of a second. (Enhanced video frame rate.) 1080p/30 is the same frame displayed once every 30th of a second. (Standard live or recorded video frame rate.) 1080p/24 is the same frame displayed every 24th of a second (Standard motion picture film frame rate.)

Flashing FL

Hi

If you have error code FL it means flood condition i.e. FL flashes if any overfill condition occurs. This condition occurs when excessive water in the tub causes the overfill switch to trip. The control must realize that the trip was due to an overfill condition instead of a suds lack condition in order for FL to be displayed. With an overfill condition, the beeper repeats a warning every 10 seconds with no time-out. The pump is cycled in drain mode for 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off until the overfill switch resets or power is discontinued to the unit. Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display.

If its LF which means long fill i.e. when the water fill time exceeds ten minutes, the water valves are turned off and LF is flashed. Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display.

Please do rate the solution and revert for further assistance.

Thanks

What is subfield ? panasonic says subfiels what is subfield ?

Does this help
A standard video signal is actually a series of still images, flashed on screen so quickly that we believe we are watching a moving image. The typical frame rate used in North America is 60 frames per second (60Hz) meaning that a TV would display 60 individual still images every second. Sub-field drive is the method used to flash the individual image elements (dots) on a plasma panel. For each frame displayed on the TV the Sub-field drive flashes the dots 8 times or more, meaning that the dots are flashing 480 times per second (480Hz) or more. (Example: 60 frames per second x 8 sub-fields = 480 flashes per second). subfielddrive_en.jpg

No brakelights or taillights.

How did you connect the test light. Clip to frame or clip to one terminal and pointer to other terminal. If you hooked the clip to frame and the pointer to a terminal and it lit, it means that you have power there but not necessarily ground, because your test light provided the ground. What I would do is first of all not use a test light but use a multimeter instead, you can get relatively cheap one (10-30 dollars). The problem is that a test light only indicates that voltage is available not how much voltage is available, a couple of volts will light the bulb in the test light (you want to see battery volts). It's hard to tell the difference between a half lit bulb or a full lit bulb depending on the light from the sun/garage. Use a multimeter and check the clips on both sides of the car. Also check all fuses whether they indicate lights or not. If you put one lead of the multimeter to frame and the other to a terminal and have battery volts the positive side of the circuit is good. Put the other multimeter lead on the other terminal if you don't have battery volts, you have an open ground. When checking volts make sure the brake pedal is depressed. Good luck
