Problem for JVC GR-D30U Camcorder

My Jvc Compact Camcoder (GR-SXM26EA) is stuck in safe mode

i can't not get my Jvc Compact Camcoder (GR-SXM26EA) out of safe mode i did what it said by taking the battery out and puting it back in again but it didn't work. And there is nothing in the manual to say how to get it out of safe mode. Can somone please tell me how?

thats a hardware problem .u must to open that camera and remove mechanisum u can c there is a small board behind that mechanisum .remove that board and c there is rubeer which connec to caption motor . that u put right condition than it will work
