- Disc was supplied with SmartDisc VideoSafe Arcsoft Quick DVD and when I try to install it all I get is Demo. There is no serial number except partnumber 450119 nor any link to get a serial number which is requested to unlock the full program.

I had the same problem. I went to the website and got the support number. I called, 45 second wait time. They gave me the serial number to unlock it. (Even thought it's a legacy product, they still support it.) Here's the website info.

Call technical support at 203-453-7330, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Easter Time
