Why are my facebook settings different on my computer and mobile

The mobile version seems to display the "Pages Feed" (feed of pages you like) and the "News Feed" (feed of people you like) on the same timeline, where the desktop version keeps them separate!

On the left hand menu of the desktop, there is an option for "Pages Feed." There, I found all the posts from my "Liked" pages that were appearing on my mobile news feed, but not my desktop news feed. I clicked on the settings icon to the left of the "Pages Feed," and selected "add to favorites"

Now, on my desktop version of FB, my "pages feed" and my "news feed" are still separate, but at least I can find them

My facebook account has completely disappeared?

FACEBOOK ACCT HAS COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED-

Maybe this will help... it is long, yet seems to have work. I got this info (cut and paste) off "Creative Cloth" (creative-cloth.com), posted by LindaM. She also has a FB page. Check it out if you sew. Gotta give credit where it is due.

Here it is...

The Fix
Although it's not very obvious, they do provide you with a way to resolve this problem so that every one of the pages that you "like" will show up in your newsfeed. I sort of found the solution being discussed here, but I've streamlined the process a little better for easier reference.

So let's go ...
Sign into your Facebook account and click "Home" which takes you to your newsfeed.
On the left hand side of the page scroll down until you see "Interests". Click "Add Interests"
When the new page opens up, click "Create List"
Which opens a popup page showing all the pages that you currently "like". Click on each of the thumbnail images which adds a checkmark. When you have selected all the thumbnails, click on "Next".
Which opens the "Create a New List" page. Give your list a name - I've called mine "My List". Check "Who can see this list" - I've set it so that only I can see it. Click "Done".
Once again click on "Home" to go to your newsfeed page. Scroll down and on the left hand side you'll see the new "My List" link located under "Interests". Click on it and you'll now see *all* of your "liked" pages back on your newsfeed. That's it!

You can also use this same process to create as many different lists as you like and use them to view different types of information that can be grouped together.

Just remember
Every time you check your newsfeed you will need to click on this list. And when you add new page "likes" to your newsfeed, make sure you add them to your new list - once you click the "like" button, a little popup will automatically appear and you can then add it to your personal list.

LindaM. did the work... I just wanted to pass it along to you.
Hope that will help you in some way. Have a good day.

Why i can't restrict friends

What do you want to restrict them from? If it's just annoying timeline posts you don't want to see. click in the upper right hand corner of the post. it will then say "Unfollow (name)" You will remain friends but will no longer see their posts. If you want them to stop posting on your timeline. You can either go to your profile page and go to the upper right hand corner again this time it should say "I don't want to see this" or Go to your setting and click on Timeline and tagging there will be a few options for you to choose from. I recommend you turn on "Review Posts". I hope this helped let me know if you have any other questions.
