2.) another page will come out: tick "I FORGOT MY PASSWORD", then click NEXT on the right bottom page

4.) tick the circle on the left from the options given to verify your identity; you'll see your other email add or choose YOU CAN'T ACCESS BOTH EMAIL ADDS
5.) if you choose you can't access either, you'll need to answer their 2 security questions like when did you meet his/her husband/ wife,
6.) LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, type your NEW password, then RE-TYPE NEW PASSWORD
