My toshiba sat M115-s1061 forgot bios password. When I power on the laptop, it appears the scren with a blue box asking for: enter password.

To reset BIOS take the battery out, if that does not work you will have to reset jumper J1.

In case none of the both worked to reset BIOS you can use thrid party software from Hiren's Boot CD to reset the password. You've got Kill CMOS on there, for example which wipes out CMOS. Here's the download link to the entire CD: http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/Hirens.BootCD.12.0.zip

PCI Flash Memory Driver for Toshiba Satellite M115-S3094

i cant find a driver for pci flash memory on my toshiba laptop. It tries to install a driver but then says no drivers were found. I have even gone to toshiba's page. Is there a free program that scans pc for missing drivers etc and then installs it?

I have a toshiba satellite m115-3094 laptop with no sound other than the systems sound alert beeps it crashed and reloaded windows xp updated all the drivers from toshiba.com and tried all of those driver...

How to reset power on password on toshiba laptop m115-s3094

You will have to get in touch with toshiba about it, they can remove the password but you need to provide proof of ownership, the reset will include taking apart the whole machine.
