Question about SanDisk Sansa m240 MP3 Player
My player isnt recognized when i lpug it it. the new harware wizard just keeps coming up again and again
You need to have Windows XP / Service Pack 2 and Windows Media Player version 10 or higher in order for the device to be recognized.
If you have these already, try using a different USB Port, preferably in the back of the PC.
Best of Luck.
