Understanding what the numbers are for

I installed my CDA-9815 but I am having problems understanding all those numbers in the EQ and Cross Over section. Is there any way i could get some help in understanding what each set of numbers are for?

The volume is very low and I am wondering if there is a button or something that controls that. I have to turn the volume to about 19 or 20 to get good sound. Please assist, thank you.

Thank you for your response. I still need to know though if there is a reason why the volume is so low. I have to turn it to as much as 20 to hear it properly.

The numbers are frequency settings that filter unwanted freq.
theres is not wrong setting just play with it till your satisfied with the sound.

Most like if you want it loader an eternal amp is needed. There could be an aditional setting in the player that will increase the volume output, see manual that came with the player.

I have a alpine cda 9815 cd player. it has an auxillary input, am i able to add a usb port connector to it? Or what parts should i add so i can play music through usb flashdisk. thanks

there is no option to add a USB port on this model. An alternative to use a usb flash drive is to use a MP3 with the auxillary input. Cheap MP3 with works fine too.

yes you can connect it to an ipod/iphone or anything with an aux outlet. Some require an adapter to the plug but it'll still work.
