Hi I have a sony Wega tv model # KV-27FS12. When i turn the tv on this is clicking sound and the tv has no picture. The tv automatically turns off after ten seconds or so. The sand by light flashes 4 times. Please let me know if the tv can be fixed and what parts I might need

The TV can be fixed as long as the parts needed are still available from Sony. However, as far as trying to determine what part(s) are needed, I wouldn't listen to anyone other than a tech who's actually taken a look at the set or has worked on one with the exact same problem. If you make a call to a local repair shop, especially one that advertises repairing Sony, a nice guy will at least give you a ball park figure as to what the repair will cost you.
