BACKUP AND HARD RESET

You can reset the Phone from the Security Lock Or Password lock,Use the Master Reset CODE,it will reset from those Locks,Get the master reset code from here
Wickedunlock and reset it...If your Phone is ALCATEL Phone OR NOKIA DCT Phones means get the master reset code there.

so formatting is necessary, so use these steps
*#7370# for reset settings
*#7780# for soft formatting
if you want complete format turn off phone,charge fully. then press green button, * button, no. 3 button, lastly I/O(power)button simultaneously.
your phone will be formatted in 3 mins approx.
Enter Default lock code is 12345.

Take it back to your service provider to have them reset it to the factory original, Then you can change it again, but write this one down.

3) you can reset the code by entering *228 and pressing send, then waiting about a minute for the phone to progam (dont hang up till you get the strange beep) This will reset it to the last 4 digits of your phone number.
