Location of all vin numbers on chevy aveo 2006?

Ask at dealers they will know where the OBDII is located ,a car this new should be accessed from under the front drivers side footwell unlike some older europeon vehicles that i work on.Even here now in europe they have started to read OBDII on newer cars but our test has a probe up the tailpipe and measures about 7 different things .I think they are reading the ECU for the chassis number ect ,looking for stolen cars

vin numbers can be found on the windscreen , fire wall , inner guards ,chassis rails . They are placed in many positions to help identify parts from a stolen vehicle.. Your hand book will have the locations explained

look on the inside of your Door there will be a metal frame stamped on the inside of it explaining all the serial numbers

You can ID the engine from the cars VIN chassis number

Usually that is on a sticker in the trunk or glovebox.

The Aveo gas- filter is located passenger-side rear, in frount of the rear tire.

The Brake Fluid reservoir is located under the hood, driver's side on the firewall. See photo with red arrow pointing to it...

One of these codes will work on '04 Chevy Aveo Radios. Dealer wanted to charge $105 to "uplink to manufacture" and enter correct code. #3241 worked for me.

get the serial number from the radio and the vin number from the car and call to the delaer and ask for service deparmet with this number you should be hable to get the code
