Try this push in on the steam knob after it is turned on if that works the steam valve assembly needs to be replaced.

1 Fill the iron's steam receptacle with white vinegar or CLR, a product used to clean coffee pots. CLR is available in department stores.

2 Plug in and set the iron to its steam setting.

3 Operate as usual. When the vinegar or CLR begins to steam, operate the iron as you would normally. Press it over an old, clean towel as the vinegar or CLR loosens sediment and dirt from the appliance.

4 Continue ironing until all of the cleaning solution has steamed out. Repeat the cleaning process if necessary until the iron no longer oozes discolored liquid and the ironing surface is clean.

5 Fill the iron steamer receptacle with distilled water and set the appliance to steam.

6 Continue steaming until the smell of vinegar or CLR is gone.

Often times our household drinking water is 'hard' or has iron in trace amounts in it- While it may not be toxic to our bodies-- when you boil it off in the steaming process, the minerals remain behind, and make a brown or dirty residue in the chamber. That residue will often 'bleed' out into the passages of the steam holes.
Have you ever used Vinegar to try to clean out the chamber?
Tho this might helb get rid of the residue-- it does tend to move the debris into the steam passageway-
So-- unless you have some way of spending considerable time and effort cleaning it out-- It may ruin more white shirts in the process than it is worth.
Note: Using distilled water will extend the life of a steaming iron-- but eventually, even the best treated Steam iron will need to be replaced!

And remove stains by blotting them with a dry cleaning solvent. Before steam cleaning your upholstered furniture, read the piece's cleaning code label to determine whether or not it is safe to do so. Then rent or buy a steam cleaner (also called an extractor) and follow the directions below.

1. Rent a steam cleaner or purchase one; buy steam cleaner solution.
   
2. Step 2 Vacuum the upholstery on the furniture you wish to steam clean; use the upholstery attachment to most effectively **** up loose debris.
   
3. Step 3 Test the steam-cleaner solution on the upholstery in an inconspicuous place to ensure the color won't be steamed out or drastically altered.
   
4. Step 4 Attempt to remove any stains with a stain removal or dry cleaning solution. Follow the directions that come with the product you choose for the best results, and allow the stain remover to dry before you begin steam cleaning.
   
5. Step 5 Remove cushions and, if necessary, arm covers.

Clean the steam wand, it unscrews and needs to be cleaned, also, descale the machine once the blocked tube is cleaned. When milk dries it is like glue and clogs the steam wand. so clean it daily after use.

Also, I think you meant to say, steam for milk frothing is not coming out. If you meant steamed milk is not coming out, it's not supposed to do that. Some Saeco's can add an attachment called a milk island but not the magic comfort plus.
