Hi jodubb.

Have a look at this pdf file from radio shack:

http://support.radioshack.com/support_video/doc72/72876.pdf

Scroll down to a section that is titled "Searching for your code".

To find out the code for future reference read the section below Searching for your code.

Follow the instructions and yoru tv and remote should be up and running in no time.
