Replace the deflection board you have the same deflection board as the R52WH74 model or the PSB-260 deflection board. You can get replacement deflection boards from www.tvrepairworld.com and also on ebay.
The RCA R52wm24 most likely has a push in cord that is very similar to a computer monitor cord. Radio shack sell them over the counter. Also most TV shops will have them used and sell for a few dollars. WE do all the time.

I will need you to look on the rear tag and let me know the chassis number as that model was produced with two different chassis numbers ITC222 and the ATC221 chassis was used, But the chassis number will be on the tag on the rear panel. Please reply to this same post and I will help you locate the power supply board.
Yes I know where you can get the signal board for your model. Go to the following link and leave them a email with your model and chassis number and let them know you need a signal board. They will respond back quickly. they have about any bopard you need for RCA they dont list them all, but inquire, and I am almost positive that they have one.Heres the link. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
You most likely need a new convergence power supply board if fl231 keeps blowing thats the most likely cause, also check for shorthed capacitor cp231. If you need a link to get a replacement convergence power supply board, let me know I know where you can get them.
