Mouse no off button how to close - Computers & Internet

1) Can you try the mouse in a different machine? Does it do the same thing?
2) Check your settings in 'SetPoint' software, or go to your Control Panel and check your mouse settings - you may have accidentally changed the settings for your mouse keys somehow.

3) Download the latest drivers for your mouse and re-install.

Step 2: With the left mouse button, click on 'Control Panel'.

Step 3: With the left mouse button, click on 'Network and Internet Connections' (Network Connections, if in Classic View).

Step 4: With the left mouse button, click on 'Network Connections'.

Step 5: With the right mouse button, click on the 'Wireless Network Connection'.

Step 6: With the left mouse button, click on 'Properties' button.

Step 7: With the left mouse button, click on the 'Wireless Networks' tab.

Step 8: With the left mouse button, click on the name of the wireless network, under 'Preferred networks', that you want to automatically connect to.

Step 9: With the left mouse button, click on the 'Properties' button.

Step 10: With the left mouse button, click on the 'Connection' tab.

Step 11: Ensure there is a checkmark in the checkbox, next to'Connect when this network is in range'.

Step 12: With the left mouse button, click on the 'OK' button.

Step 13: With the left mouse button, click on the 'Advanced' button.

Step 14: With the left mouse button, click to select 'Access point (infrastructure) networks only ' (This will help prevent your connection from bouncing around from one network to another).

Step 15: With the left mouse button, click on the 'Close' button.

Step 16: With the left mouse button, click on the 'OK' button.

The mouse buttons may have been swapped from LH to RH or vice versa.
Go to Control panel - Mouse - Buttons tab - in Button configuration click the selection box (Switch primary and secondary buttons) with the right button on the mouse.
If you have used the wrong mouse button then select it again with the correct button.
Then click Apply and then OK.

There should be a small button that you can poke the end of a pen with and it should sink- there would be one on the USB receiver and on the mouse. Plus in the USB and hit that button first and then hit the mouse button. On the mouse it will be located on the underside close to where the red optical lens is

Perhaps mouse will operate correctly if: 1.- Install a fresh new battery 2.- Push down connecting buttons in mouse and receiver 3.- Plug in receiver in USB port 4.- Take off battery 5.- Push down the small button that protrudes where the receiver is placed at the bottom of the mouse. 6.- Release the button simultaneusly when installing back the battery Good luck!!! Make sure you have new batteries
and that there are no power cables close to the mouse or receiver, I have seen this cause problems many times.

Try pressing the connect button on the receiver then keep pressing the connect button on the mouse until the receiver light stops flashing. Sometimes the connect button is under the battery cover for the mouse

Make sure the batteries are good.
Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.

Is there any metal (desk) close to the receiver or mouse? This can interfere with reception. Try putting the receiver close to the mouse and see what it does

Is your back button stuck under the left click button? Mine did this, simply pry up on the let click button and it will release.
