Click on Start. Settings. Control Panel. Next. Click on Classic View on the left side. Click on System
Click on the advanced tab at the top, and click on Device Manager.
Once you have selected Device manager, look for (!) with yellow caution signs first.
Next, uninstall all of the audio drivers from the device manager, and click yes when it says uninstall.
Reboot PC after all devices have been uninstalled.
Restart PC, and your Operating system should reload the drivers for you.
