Question about Canon MultiPASS MP390 All-In-One InkJet Printer
His problem started suddenly, after I had printed a page with a completely dark banner on the top.
On "Standard" setting, the text lines don't print completely, and some completely disappear. Sometimes the first few lines print properly. However, on "High", the printing always looks fine (if a little bit faint).
I have tried the following: Doing the Mmaintenance functions, including "Cleaning" and "HeadRefreshing", replacing the cartridge, and blowing gently on the hole at the top of the cartridge to expel some ink. None has solved the problem.
Thank you for any advice.
Are you using gen.Canon ink? Try new inks if this is not the problem then only other correct option is to replace print head.
