Hi Twana,

Turn off your phone and take out your Sim card than boot your phone up and it should let you go through all the set up settings. If that doesn't work than just reinstall the stock zip and than do the same process with taking the sim card out and rebooting up your phone.

Take it to your local provider and get them to help. You may also consider a jail break package.

Options > Security Options > General Settings > press scroll wheel > Wipe Hand held.

That's a basic reset.

For the not so basic, make sure you:
