The Radeon 7000 may be just out of reach to play this game smoothly, if at all. What will be the major deciding factors are your computers processor speed and the amout of RAM you have installed. I would highly recommend upgrading the RAM in your PC even if you aren't trying to play this game. And as far as the graphics card is concerned, an Nvidia GeForce 9400 is a really nice card if you are restricted to using PCI cards.
