i have a kicker l7 12 and it plays sound but its stuck the speaker stays down or stays pushed out it dont move freely is there a way to fix that or can i send it someplace?

It sounds like you have blown the sub or there is something stuck on the inside of the voice coil did you bottom the sub out or over exert it
