Write your answer...You can just remove the degass black box from the input and clean the little coin like structure inside it by blushing it against concrete.
If the speakers inside the external box is not magnetically shelded type, placing it near to the TV; might cause this problem. An external degassing should be done, if it is so; as well as place the speaker boxes away from the TV too. Contact any service technician. Gopakumar Gopalan Google

According to your picture and your comment, you have lost your red gun in the CRT. The voltage to bias the transistor to turn on the red gun may be missing, but in my opinion the CRT is suspect. Repair would not be economical on this set.
