What happens if you reconnect left and right speakers? Are these problems of the unit or of the speakers/wires?
I can change speakers from L to R and still same problem on the left channel with both front and rear speakers
If you make reconnection on the device and the problem still on the left channel (on the right side after reconnection) then the problem is inside the device, in amplified left output board - since headphones are not affected. Replace it and be happy!
I would suggest to re-solder output chips if you're familiar with it.

You may be confusing +/- power supply rail fuses with left and right speaker fuses.

Well, the nice thing about the newer amps is that the actual amp circuitry is all contained in a module and you don't have to do much troubleshooting. Just replace the module for that pair of channels. Bad news of course is the modules can be pricey. Should say right on it the part number, order it from mcminone.com or whoever, solder it in, use new conductive grease (many times I think these modules fail because the grease gets old, the module overheats and toasts) and you should be fixya'd

You need to make sure you ohms are correct if there too low this will happen to protect the amp.

It does that because there is a safety feature in all the newer devices. If your system is turned up to high you would blow your audio outputs or speakers. That's why it shuts off.
