Your jazzy chair should have 2 levers. There is a lever for each wheel. if the other wheel does not have the lever, then you are missing the lever that would release the wheel. Have a local tech look at it and they may be able to get the parts needed to release the other wheel.

The right side is disengaging. It goes around in circles to the right.

Go to Pride Mobility Products Corp Basic Troubleshooting Instructions This page can assist you. There is also a lever to disengage the wheels that allow the chair to be rolled when not powered. Look at your manual to find the location.

I don't know what to release so the cair can be pushed manually. I had it donated to me so don't have a manual

There are release levers on the motors usually underneath the rear of the chair or in the jazzy look behind each of the wheels for a gray lever Hope this helps

Clunking from left drive wheel on my 3/4 ,omth old Jazzy Select Powerchair. Any suggestion what it might be?

Check end disigagement lever is fully home in the drive mode. Remove wheel and check the drive key and when reassembling put plenty of grease on all the wheel drive components ie key/ key slot and shaft. make sure wheel nut is tight. or it could be something stuck in tyre like a stone or something sharp like a screw, nail or most common is a drawing pin.

Look in your owners manual for the flash code anwser. Make sure when you hit the power button you only touch it for 1 sec not more. If you press the power button for more the 2-3 seconds you place the power chair in LOCK OUT mode. lights will flash and not power. also check your free wheel levers. one on each moter. Mike

Jazzy 1113 will not operate!

The click you hear when you activiate the joystick is the electric solenoid on the automatic brakes going on, and then off when you push then release the joystick. This is normal. If it isn't moving, check to see if the free-wheel levers are in gear or in neutral. If you can push the chair, you are in neutral and activating the joystick will just release the brake and run the motors. Turn the two levers to the drive position and then it should take you where you want to go.

You can go to Pride Mobility's website to download an owners manual for your chair here

Good luck.

Pull the forward and to right to lock position, which will release the gear so that the wheelchair can be move about without any electric power. Bear in mind though that releases the gear, still too heavy to push as normal wheelchair. Give a go, to find out for yourself.
