My Wireless keyboard isnt working but the mouse is. I just put in brand new batteries so i know that is not the problem. Help!

Check to make sure you resync the keyboard. Some times, when a wireless keyboard or mouse loses signal, you have to press a "Sync" button on the receiver (or device) to restore the connection. Some of the newer mice and keyboards from Logitech resync automatically, it just depends on what brand and model you have.

I hope this helps! If you're still unable to get it to reconnect, you're probably dealing with a malfunctioning keyboard. Check into the warranty!

How do I turn off French characters

try pressing the left CTRL + SHIFT keys at the same time to switch it back over (You might need to press them a couple times).
From regional settings (regional and language settings) keyboards/change keyboards, you can remove all the keyboard you don't use and leave only the one you need.

Good luck

Mouse scrolls automatically

may be its time to change mouse... try & connect any other mouse & see if problem still exists with it.

Instead of getting the @ symbol when I press shift +2 i get "

you need to hold down ctrl and function on the left side of your keyboard, and then hit the shift key on the right side of your keyboard. Then let go of right shift while still holding down the control and function keys, and then hit right shift again.

these blue keys are french keys. if you change your keyboard settings to english US or UK, it will get rid of the blue functions, but for some reason, they tend to turn themslves back on again after time. Most likely due to automatic updates followed by an auto restart. Also, I find that the issue only arises if I am in my hotmail issue in Word docs.

I recently installed a new printer, but when I try to print it is printing to a file and not printing hard copy

Go into Start > Control Panel >Printers
Choose your new printer by clicking on it once. The right-click on it and choose Set As Default Printer.

Save your changes and from now on, this will be the printer you will print to automatically.
