I spoke with someone in their Tech department today about another problem and mentioned that I was having problems with it charging and he said that when I get back the device there is an update that needs to be installed in regards to the charging problem. I used tabeo support and they told me to hold the reset button for 45 secs then use the USB cord to hook it up my computer and it came on. The support told me to leave it hooked up for a little bit and its been fine ever since
