Is there any way to change the display resolution or make the colours brighter?

The screen resolution looks faded compared to my LG. Colours are not vivid, everything seems a bit faded compared to other devices.

My new canon mg5200 printer prints washed out colours compared to what is on the page i am printing from. I have changed the print resolution to high and that has helped a small amount. Can you please tell...

I think you will have to use the printer's "color management" to adjust the output to match what you see on the monitor screen. Go to Canon's website, it explains everything you need to alter the colour profile for your printer.

Hi there, We have a LG Flatron W2253TQ monitor and the display is half normal, half very bright. There's a perfect line down the middle - the left half displays normal colours while the right half...

It could be some sort of "Demo" mode on the display, try going into the menu of the display and looking for settings relating to Flatron F-Engine, it has a demo mode that could be the problem. That is the most likely cause since its exactly half the screen.

My screen has gone massive and the colours have gone negative. help me?.................. x

Hi,

That sounds like your video card has gone back into VGA mode, 16 colours and a screen resolution of 640 x 480.

Go into the display settings and try setting the resolution to something like 1024 x 768 and the colour to 32 bit (16 million colours).

If the adjustment cannot be made, it is likely you have a graphics card driver issue. Find out what graphics card or chip you have and download a new driver from the manufacturers website.

Hope this helps.
