Hey it’s a 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8 what do you gap the plugs at?
You did not give the Year. The spark plug gap for Year 1998 to 2006 is 0.043 inch for Platinum Plugs. For Nissan use only NGK spark plugs. American or German Brand plugs will not perform well or last long on a Japanese Car. If you buy new Spark plugs from Auto parts store depending on Which Type you buy ie: Platinum, Double Platinum or Iridium they come pre gapped for your car.
It should be .045". depending on the year there maybe a sticker/decal under the hood that says what the plug gap is.

Injector pulse comes from Cam sensor, If you have a BAd CAMSHAFT sensor you will not get injector pulse, replace sensor and that should solve your problem. Good Luck and thanks for using FIX YA

one of the small screws that secure the plates to the shaft of the swirl control system inside of intake manifold mostlikely fell out and wound up in the cylinder of the damged plug causing the damage to the plug.there was a recall by nissan to remedy this by replacing screw with threadlocker.contact your local dealer for info.
