Plugged in to 220 volts now it plugged into 120 volts. I replaced all bulbs with new ones still won't come on. What is next?

You need a step down transformer, to convert 220V to 110V. You can't just plug the 110V A/C unit in directly unless it is clearly marked as being suitable for multi-voltage supply (110V - 220V input).

Such a transformer has to be of sufficient capacity to handle the current, or wattage, that will be required. The Frigidaire unit in your question is a 3.5 kW cooling capacity, so the transformer would need to be about the same, ie for a 10A supply at least. They are quite big boxes, about $120.

If you consider doing this the first thing is SHUT THE MAIN BREAKER OFF. Use an auxiliary light source to see when working in a dead panel. Always keep in mind an ARC FLASH ACROSS HOT MAINS HAS ENOUGH HEAT TO PEAL THE SKIN OFF OF YOU. Before an explanation of how to do it you should keep in mind that this is for a single receptacle only. If any other receptacles are on the same circuit they will also be changed to 240 volt receptacles and if you plug any 120 volt device into them, the 120 volt device will be destroyed. That said OK, any 120 volt outlet can be changed to 240 volt by removing the 120 volt circuits neutral, re identifying the white wire with red or black phase tape and connecting it to a new 2 pole 15 amp breaker. The maximum that this circuit will now load up to is, on #14 wire at 80% = 12 amps at 240 volts. The 120V receptacle must be changed to a 15A - 240V receptacle so that 120 volt devices can not be plugged into it. Never use 2 single pole breakers together because code requires that on a fault trip both legs of the 240V circuit must be disconnected simultaneously. The machine is made to work with 120 volts and you have plugged this on a 220 volt mains circuit thereby blowing up the fuse, or the power circuit, possible heater and the main controller unit board.
A step down transformer was needed to work this unit safely . Now unless the unit is opened the damage cannot be confirmed but if you are lucky the fuse would ahve blown and saved the rest. if so test it with a new fuse using a 220 to 120 volt convertor.( transformer with good rating)

Power supply in Brazil is not universal over the entire country. Your range was built for 120 volt, 60 Hertz power supply. If you are in some areas, you may not have the proper voltage available. 127 V found in states of Bahia, Paran? (including Curitiba), Rio de Janeiro, S?o Paulo and Minas Gerais (though 220 V may be found in some hotels). Other areas are 220 V only, with the exception of Fortaleza (240 V).

Brazil does use 60 Hetz, but if you are in an area which only supplies 220 or 240 volts, you would need some type of adapter to convert that to 120 volts for your gas range. If you connected to the higher voltage, you may have irreversably damaged the electronic control, requiring control replacement, before connecting to the proper (120 volt) supply. I would expect 127 volts to operate your range, but if the voltage varied up from that, it could damage the control. Even in the US, voltage variations of 108 to 125 are rather common.

I think you mean 220 volts, versus 220 watts. The difference between 220 & 240 volt equipment is usually just a matter of nomenclature -- no significant difference in terms of operating the equipment.

The vacuum is 110 / 120 volt since it has an "American" plug on it. If the plug is swapped for an "Australian" plug (or adapted) and plugged into the wall, the vacuum will be connected to 220 volts -- this would destroy the motor.

You would need a transformer to step down the Australian voltage to 110 / 120 volts. If you plug it in without a transformer, it will surely burn up the motor.

The least of your problems would be a burnt out relay or internal switch which can be replaced at reasonable expense. In a worst case the motor or heating element "fried" and it'll be cheaper to buy a new dryer.
BTW 110 and 220 plugs are entirely different and a 110 plug cannot be plugged into a 220 outlet.

The fan is likely 120-volt fan, and swapping the wire likely put 220 across the fan. Did the fan seem to rev up very fast? The control is also likely 120-volt, and that too had 220 applied to it.

It sounds like you hav blown a fuse. Hopefully just a fuse, connecting a 110 to a 240 will hurt.
Most equipment survives short term high voltage but sometimes it just can't take it.
if it's not the fuse then it's very likely damaged the power supply which will require the expert help of a technician..
