Question about Washing Machines

Replaced the tub? I would have gone for the tub bearings worn out. If you reach in and grab the tub is there a fair bit of movement? The other option is 1 or more of the dampers or support springs have failed or come off. If the top lid comes off (You don't give any machine details) switch off or unplug, remove top lid and have someone with some knowledge have a look inside and check the above. You may find the spring lying in the bottom of the machine casing. If there's nothing found you may have to resort to an appliance engineer.
