SOURCE: I'm looking for the solution to a problem with a

My advice is to cut the water supply first and empty the tank ...cause if after flashing the leak stops and after a while gets back ..even if you do not flash .. it means that the leak is under the top level of the tank ..and this is the reason that it is present all the time but a few minutes after the flash ..
Than , get a plumbing silicon tube ..(lever action) from the local hard store...and just seal the crack inside if it is possible ..and outside on a larger area just to be sure...All you have to do is degrease the surface by cleaning it well with what ever you use to clean the bathroom ..and apply the silicon ...it will seal it well and it is almost colorless ..and this is the advantage ..after the drying will have a rubber like texture..but will not be visible ..and will seal it perfectly ..and it is water-resistant ..
here is an idea about what I'm talking ...
by the way this can be used to seal bathtubs ..and even glue the sink to the wall if the surface is perfectly smooth ..so the rest is usable for various purposes..

Plumber replaced the tualet and moved the bidet to the new seat and it stopped working

Did he forgot to turn the water back on? Pretty common to forget to turn the water back on.. Fallow the water line from the bidet and turn the valve to the right (Right valve turn is standard in US) to see if it turns the water on.
Hope this helps FixYa issue.

How difficult is it to replace toilet tank equipment?

The job is easy if you have any plumbing skills. Turn off the water. Disconnect the water hose at the bottom of the tank. Remove the nut holding the flush/fill mechanism and remove the mechanism. Reverse removal procedures and complete. Adjust for proper water level in tank.

My Toto toilet runs after a flush. If I turn the water supply off for a day or so it will stop running but will do it again after a couple of days

If your Toto toilet has some sort of flapper, it may not be seating properly or may be defective.

Water is not hot

Heating needs to be turned on from the remote control. If the indicator is lit properly, then the heater is defective and must be repaired.

I bought intelliseat electronic toilet seat but i couldnt find the remote control for the seat :( What can i do ??

Nothing will operate without a functioning remote control; you'll need to buy one from the manufacturer. I recommend attaching the bracket to the wall, and Velcro-ing the remote into the bracket, so that it won't get lost or fall into water.

A small jet of water is released up through the seat onto the person seated

You have a bidet:
http://www.amazon.com/Luxe-MB110-Non-Electric-Mechanical-Attachment/sim/B001KKRCFA/2
Google search for 'toilet seat bidet'

As general rule, men do not use this feature.
Change toilet seats to remove bidet.
