Question about Refrigerators
My name is Peter. I am a retired field service refrigeration technician.
You need to provide your model number which is located on the upper inside wall of your fresh food section on a label.
You either have a bad temperature sensor or a bad air vent motor depending on your model number.
Your problem is the air vent from your freezer to your fresh food section is wide open.
Until the problem is resolved, block 1/3 of the air vent with duct tap or plug the vent holes with cotton or whatever. This will cut down on the cold air flow. You may have to block more.
I need your model number to further assist you.
