Reset your phone , but first put all the app you want to keep on your sd card. It 100 percent works. Or , you can just go on the internet and look up google play store free download and just download it that way.

Check where all your apps are located it should be there. If you actually deleted the app you may have to do a factory reset to get it back. Is your phone rooted? If you deleted it through the mere fact that your phone is rooted it may be gone for good. If that's the case your going to have to try and use Odin to re flash your phones stock rom.
