It will idol when choked apon release motor revs big and stalls

So it idles fine when the choke is on but not when its off, am I correct.

When the choke is on, the butterfly on the carb is closed. Meaning that Air is restricted upon entering the carb. This is telling me you still have a fueling issue. As when the butterfly is closed, the engine is getting the optimum amount of fuel and air to burn. However, when you release the choke, you open up the butterfly on the carb mean more air can get into the carb, in turn this draws more fuel through the carb to create that optimum burn.

Yours however isn't getting the fuel it needs when the butterfly is open, meaning its getting too much air and not enough fuel. Check and clean carb, replace any fatigued gaskets and diaphragms.

Gas peddle sticking

It is the butterfly on the throttle body. It gets built up with a carbony varnish and sticks against housing. I usually take a little carburator cleaner and spray in there and take my finger and work around the butterfly. Its not too easy to do but the throttle will not stick when you get it cleaned up. Please rate my answer so I am rewarded points for it.

Answer for number 2---definitly sounds like fuel pump is cutting off too early. If you are able to on/off the switch to get it to start, I don;t think it's a relay problem

Are you people stupid or what do you get paided to do this or wha

I normally would not respond to illiterate inquires, but from what I can make out you are asking if I am stupid. The answer is no, we try to share information, for example I am a lawn & garden expert, you are a *** butterflie expert, if I want to know about *** butterflies I will ask for you.
In turn if you want to know why your mower doesn't start you can ask me.( no I don't get paideded for this)

Quota injection balancing

but the english translation is very poor and totally confusingMike Haven has an article on his MPH Cycles website that covers the Quota 1100. He recommends closing the air balance screw permanently and carefully syncing the butterflies so that they work in unison. http://www.mphcycles.com/Technical/Tech..html#Tuning%20The%20EFI%20Guzzi Syncing the butterflies is not at all easy because the design does not have a cute little adjustment screw. I worked long and hard one afternoon on mine only to get it close...but not as good as I wanted. The next time I mess with it I'm going to modify it so I can turn a tiny little screw to sync the butterflies. A modification like that is desperately needed for the Quota. ,,
